Urban Sketching: Perspective Made Easy 🎨 Ink and Watercolors On Location

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing with you my brunch time at Hunnybee cafe in East Vancouver. I sketched my pancakes and tea, then the colorful houses on the corner of the opposite street. Please watch the video until the end to see how I construct this Vancouver cityscape from a blank sheet of paper. 🎨 Materials I used: - Winsor Newton fine liner pen - Etchr watercolors (24 half pans) - Speedball Handbook watercolor sketchbook - Holbein Water Brush (large tip) - Deserres water brush (Small tip) 🎨 I’m teaching online classes every week. Check out the May 2023 classes in my Ko-Fi Shop: Every day is a good day to make art. We don’t need fancy subjects, but we need to pay attention to the beauty in the mundane.
