Russia Modernized Mi-24P Attack Helicopter and Test New Launch Missiles

The Russian Ministry of Defense through the parent company Rostec Helicopters has modernized the Mi-24P attack helicopter to transport cargo, landing troops and fire protection. This attack helicopter is designed to attack manpower concentrations, combat equipment, including armored vehicles, and destroy low-flying, low-speed air targets. The Mi-24P attack helicopter is capable of carrying up to two and a half tons of bomb weapons weighing between 50 and 500 kilograms.
