How to cook SUKIYAKI 🍲 (Hotpot) 〜すき焼き〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan. In this video, I am making Sukiyaki, Japanese style hotpot (Fondu) with thinly sliced beef (or chicken). This is a very savory and yet easy dish, which we often make in the winter, because it warms up from inside.
