Italian Fascism vs Italian Racism

As shown in my Fascism Defined video ( ), Italian Fascism only added racism to its ideology from about 1936 onward. Some have questioned this, saying that the Italians were racist towards the Ethiopians in 1935, as well as others. So here I make an important distinction between Italian Fascist ideology and Italian racism. This video is discussing events or concepts that are academic, educational and historical in nature.
