He was HOMmega’s founder and legendary manager for two decades. He was the driving force behind some of the genre’s finest artists like Astrix, Psysex, Cosma, Xerox, Sub6, Freedom Fighters, and many others. His sad passing away in 2017 shocked the scene as he was not only a professional artist manager and A&R but also a kind, loved person and a good friend to many. On ’Heart of Trance,’ we did our best to remember and find the tracks that Eyal loved and was influenced by and blended these with tracks he later released and was very proud of on HOMmega. There were many tracks, so this will probably not be the only volume. We also included two tracks he created (something quite rare) like ’Party Time’ with Freeman and this album’s title track that he produced with Guy Zukrel (MFG/ Passenger) under their joint project “Emuna.“ This album is being released on HOMmega’s 25th Anniversary and Eyal’s 51st birthday.
