Queen Camilla meets Royal Lancers for first time as Colonel-in-Chief

The Queen has met the Royal Lancers for the first time since being appointed as their Colonel-in-Chief. She was shown the tunic belonging to her late father, Major Bruce Shand who served in the Second World War, as well as a letter signed by him. Report by Zaina Alibhai.
