Stollin’s recipe: butter 250 g, cottage cheese 10% 250 g, sugar 250 g, baking powder 20 g, 2-3 eggs, flour 550 – 600 g, salt 1/2 tsp, zest of one orange and the zest of one lemon, juice of half an orange, dried fruits nuts 0.5 kg pour rum or orange juice for 12 - 24 hours, then drain and add to the dough, vanillin.
