The Ultimate 4090 PC?! | ROG GR701 HYPERION Gaming PC Build | ASUS Strix 4090, i9 13900K Custom Loop

#rtx4090 #asuspcdiy #Hyperion - Just when we thought ROG couldn’t produce a more iconic chassis than the Helios, they come forward with the Hyperion! A chassis with quite literally ’extra everything’! Two 420mm radiators? yes. Powerful airflow? yes. Space to store your extra screws and tools? Also yes! Let’s get stuck in... 00:00 - Intro 00:41 - GR701 Case Overview 01:57 - Build Hardware 02:33 - ROG Z690 Glacial Assembly 04:54 - GR701 Assembly 07:08 - EK Custom Loop 08:46 - 4090, Pressure Test, Coffee 10:33 - Filling the Loop 11:54 - Airflow Visualization 12:26 - Cinematic & Desk Setup It’s been anticipated for quite some time now, but I’m stoked to share with you my latest build in the brand new ROG GR701 Hyperion! Additional to this, the first hardline PETG custom loop on my channel featuring hardware support from EKWB! What a great time :D So, what makes the GR701 unique? Of course, the insane amount of airflow and cooling options will be the first big feature here. Fun fact, you can indeed install a 420mm rad at the top AND at the front simultaneously. The chassis comes with four 140mm ROG fans on the front and a single 140mm on the rear. this will provide a solid foundation to get things going, but truthfully your options are limitless. Moving on to the hardware, that ROG Glacial Z690 is a stunner right? It’s doing and incredible job of keeping the Intel i9 13900K cool too. At the time of filming (due to the studio lights) the ambient room temp was approx 27c. The GR701 really does allow space for the most creative of builds, headroom for the Strix 4090 is plentiful along with supporting hardware for a custom loop as demonstrated. Overall, I’m totally stoked to see ASUS ROG innovating once again and bringing flagship performance into 2023 with the Hyperion chassis! Main parts included in the build: (USA Amazon) Case - GPU - CPU - Motherboard - RAM - NVME M.2 - Case Fans - PSU - EK Water Blocks - Monitor - Keyboard - Mouse - Lights used to film this video: Godox UL150ii - Godox UL60 - Main parts included in the build: (UK Amazon) Case - GPU - CPU - Motherboard - RAM - NVME M.2 - PSU - ROG Thor P2 1000w - EK Water Blocks - Monitor - Keyboard - Mouse - Lights used to film this video: Godox UL150ii - Godox UL60 - I’d also like to say that the custom loop cooling from EK Water Blocks has been a real pleasure to build with. EK really do make the process straight forward, whilst having excellent performance and aesthetics to match any project.
