Mike Mentzer Shoulders and Arms Workout Routine
1-2 Warmup Sets (10-12 reps)
1 Working Set (until absolute failure using forced reps, rest/pause, drop set, any means necessary)
3 movements to focus on: negative, isometric and positive. Slow repetitions to exhaust all available energy.
Shoulders:
Lateral Raise
Behind The Neck Press
Standing Cable Reverse Fly
Triceps:
Lying Tricep Extensions
Dips
Biceps:
Barbell Curls
Underhand Pulldowns
