twenty one pilots: a spring 2014 show

i just really wanted to get to know the vessel era from a tour perspective so here’s the inevitable result. i haven’t forgotten i owe yall theory stuff Trip for Concerts Spring 2014 was a 42 day stretch covering north america in theater and ballroom-sized venues with an average room cap of about 1500, i think. there were 26 regular tour dates (as opposed to events, like TV appearances.) this part of tour was characterized by the blue suits and the murder/suicide intro*, latter of which would return that fall for Quiet Is Violent (though with the addition of nigel’s skeleton bones monologue.) also unique to this tour is the implicit demand for proof intro to guns for hands.
