The 15th annual Heritage Music Blues Festival - Along the banks of the Ohio River in Wheeling WV, Bruce Wheeler and family put on one of the best fests anywhere. Excellent lineups, flawless, on-schedule execution, GREAT sound, and a truly festive atmosphere at both stages, the fantastic food vendors and wonderful market/bazaar along the banks of the Ohio.
