Steak Series Part 4: Steak Salad | Striploin, Pickled Red Onion, Sauce Vierge, Bernaise Sauce

Today, I made steak salad as part 4 of steak series! This is probably one steak recipe that I could have every day. Steak, I paired with bernaise sauce and sauce vierge. Lightly dressed salad, with multiple components like pickled onions, marinated tomatoes, bocconcin that adds multiple layers of flavor, combined with steak grilled on barbecue! Many prefers mayo based dressings, and while I enjoy them time to time too, salads like this will always be my go-to, especially when pairing them with proteins like steak.
