Delicious sweet pastry, with chocolate and jam filling. A kind of panettone 😊😋

Ingredients 100 ml / cups of warm milk 100 ml / warm water 7 g of dry yeast ( a teaspoon) 50 g / 1/3 cup of sugar A teaspoon of salt 1 egg 450 - 500 g of flour (4 cups) 100 g of butter / ( ~ 7) US tablespoons A teaspoon of vanilla extract In a large bowl, put water, milk, sugar, egg and yeast, and mix, then add flour and salt, knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the butter (at room temperature) and vanilla, knead until the butter is well incorporated. You get a soft, non-sticky and homogeneous dough. Cover and let rise for 40-45 minutes. When the dough has doubled in volume, divide it into small pieces, stretch each piece and put chocolate and jam in it, form balls and put them in the baking tray. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Spread a mixture of milk, sugar and cocoa on top. Bake in the oven preheated to 190 C for 45 minutes, until it turns brown. Decorate according to your taste. I poured the mixture of milk, sugar and cocoa on top (50 ml of warm milk, a spoon of sugar and 3 spoons of cocoa) Enjoy both hot and cold. We couldn’t wait... It was delicious!
