Peeps Through The Window Of The World No. 23 (1935)

Titles read: ’PEEPS THROUGH THE WINDOW OF THE WORLD’. Various locations of events. In Berlin, Germany, we see various shots of a dog show - the equivalent of Crufts. All kinds of pedigree dogs are seen including several types of poodles. A woman unzips her handbag and we see a tiny dog looking out with a rather crazed expression on his face - could be a Chihuahua. In the United States of America we see a novelty car that looks a bit like a bubble car with extra seats in the back. The engine is in the rear and the passengers sit at a table in the back and play cards. In the Bavarian Alps we see lumberjacks sending timber logs down from the mountains to the lake (Koenigsee?) by wire. The log is unhitched and guided down through the sluice gates and on towards the saw mills. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
