Soon, Sadako makes her classic creepy entrance through the TV screen, much to Pumpkin Girl’s dismay. “How many times do I have to tell you to use the door?” she groans, while Sadako gives a sheepish apology. It’s clear these horror movie icons all know each other in this ghoulish universe, and their everyday lives are filled with more fun than fright. Their quirky personalities shine through as they prepare for their next chaotic adventure. As the comic wraps up, Pumpkin Girl tries to scare the reader, going full “boo!” mode and giving her best spooky impression. But when she realizes the viewer might not be into pumpkins, she gets adorably defensive.
