Best HUB for diy Whirligig propeller how to make easy windmill with table saw

This is a re-make of how to make a whirligig propeller. More detail and explanation on how I use the table saw with a miter gage extension to cut precise hubs for a four-blade propeller. This method will work for almost any number of blades up to 8 or more if the diameter of the hub is increased. Also, will work to cut slots in a square hub.
