Dashcam Shows Woman Crashing Stolen Car During Police Chase

Kimberly Overstreet, 26, of Cincinnati, and Kenneth Maldonado, 27, of Union Township (Clermont County) were arrested once the chase ended, according to Sgt. Mike Robison.
