I’m not a nutritionist. But recently, I’ve been getting into eating lower amounts of processed carbs (not a carb free diet, but lower amounts of it). I can’t help it. I love my carbs, LOL. And since I can’t give it up, I did some research and found this. I’ve been making this in bulk recently for whenever i crave for a sandwich or something. And it’s an amazing substitute.
