The corpse of a refugee was thrown onto Belarusian territory by Latvian security forces - Belarusian Border Committee On the afternoon of March 2, the Belarusian border patrol in the Verkhnedvinsk region near the border with Latvia discovered three refugees. One of them was dead. According to the foreigners, they were detained by the military in Latvia. After bullying, beatings with batons and the use of a stun gun, one of the men died in the adjacent territory.
