President William Export ASC

After some requests here is the export mode on the William ASC. It uses Unidens “pyramidical“ programming which starts at CEPT and then goes from there. Seems a weird way to go but i understand it is easier to program this way rather than any other. So there it is, radio now back into legal settings as meaningless to have the wider frequencies when the radio cannot make zero endings
