Before you press play, I just wanna say the intention of this video is NOT to get you into a perfect front split in 30 minutes. You guys, that’s not possible!! What this stretch routine will do is get you CLOSER to the splits every time you do it. So will you be able to reach a front split eventually? It’s totally possible!!! Just listen to your body.
