Police Arrest Man Sleeping in Idling Car at Venice Beach

Los Angeles Police Officers (LAPD) arrest a man who was sleeping behind the wheel of an idling parked car at the Venice Beach Parking lot on Friday, January 6, 2023. The charges are unknown.
