A demonstration of Tai Chi push-hands and applications by Master Fu Nengbin at the Yangshuo Tai Chi & Kung Fu School in southern China. First, Master Fu demonstrates basic push-hands techniques with a coach from the school. Then he drills the students before finally giving everyone the opportunity to practice the techniques.
