Stuck At 60 fps? Rainbow Six Siege FIX 2019! - Read Description For Updates!

This issue has only occurred with my STEAM version of the game. UPDATE: Ever since the Steam UI update Rainbow Six Siege has been capped at 60 FPS. Simply Disable your in-game Steam interface and this issue will be fixed.
