Ukrainian brigades eliminate Russian troops with tactical grenade assault in the Serebryansky Forest

Ukraine’s Azov Battalion successfully cleared three Russian fighting positions in the Serebryansky forest in intense first-person footage. Soldiers split into three assault squads for the mission, with a fourth staying back to provide covering fire. Video shows how squads 1 and 2 used rocket launchers, grenades and satchel charges to clear their assigned positions but squad 3 ran into fierce resistance, as multiple Russian defenders began firing back at them. Using drones to help spot their enemies, all three squads converged on the Russians and used grenades to drive them out of their trenches and take them down. The mission ended in success, with all Russian troops eliminated and only one Ukrainian injured. Ukraine and Russia are fighting positional battles in the Serebryansky forest, near Kreminna, amid rumours Russia is gearing up for a major offensive in the area. Russia is thought to have massed 500 tanks and 40,000 troops - similar to the size of the force fighting in Avdiivka - in an attempt to take the city of Kupyansk. The Serebryansky forest lies along one of the major highways leading to Kupyansk, from the Russian-occupied part of Luhansk oblast. #ukraine #russia #Serebryansky Daily Mail Homepage: Daily Mail Facebook: Daily Mail IG: Daily Mail Snap: Daily Mail Twitter: Daily Mail Pinterest: Ukrainian brigades eliminate Russian troops with tactical grenade assault in the Serebryansky ForestGet the free Daily Mail mobile app:
