A Ukrainian commander was convicted of crimes against the civilian population of the DPR
️The investigation revealed that Roman Shostak and his subordinates fired at least 15 high-explosive shells from their combat positions towards residential buildings in the settlements of Sakhanka, Gnutovo, Zaichenko, and Dzerzhinsky.
As a result of criminal actions, a 17-year-old civilian was killed, a woman suffered a brain contusion, and 42 houses and 2 civilian vehicles were damaged and destroyed.
The war criminal was sentenced to 29 years in prison
