1980’s National 12” Box Fan | 2021 Remake

National rotating grille box fan, model F-303TE. It’s the fan that I chose to be my channel’s icon because the life story of this fan really reflects what I do as a hobby. Even though in the 3 years after I finished restoring this fan, I’ve restored countless other fans that needed far more attention and funds than this one, this fan is special because I managed to transform a fan that was destined for the recycling yard to be burned & scrapped, to a usable, and more importantly presentable old appliance, even though I did a ton of cost cutting in the restoration process. Nothing much has changed since the last video I made of this fan. One noticeable change might be the polished plastic body & blades. It still humms, & sometimes when the rotating grille reaches a certain spot, it likes to rattle, & then reverse its rotation. I don’t have a solution for that issue which doesn’t involve ruining the esthetics of this fan just yet, but I might come up with one in the fu
