Hòu Tiān Bāguà Zhǎng - Application part 1

An Jian Qiu explains the first movement (dùn zhǎng -囤掌) out of the 64 Hou Tian Palms which were developed from Gao Yi Sheng as a progression of the Cheng Ting Hua System of Bagua Zhang. The 64 linear palms are unique to the Gao Bagua Zhang System and have a strong impact on Bagua Zhang as a fighting art. This movements are an effective way to understand the convertible fighting principles of Bagua Zhang.
