Einstein was Wrong and Bohr is No More Long Live Dipole Electron Flood Model

If light can be accelerated and slowed down that shows Einstein speed of light not correct. If I can show light is a Dipole Particle and so is electrons..... these particles have mass and these particles fill space because they are light emitted from every luminous source. The light dipole light particle coming at us from space is NOT IN A VACUUM so it pushes and shoves and opposes other light (dipoles) and light will slow would show Hubble was not correct about expansion.
