A c r y l i c s I tend to go for the extra fine acrylics ❱ Golden ❱ Schmincke However recently been enjoying the much more affordable ❱ Amsterdam Standard by Royal Talens W a t e r c o l o r P a p e r - 100% cotton - hot pressed because I do ink line work. For beginners, cold pressed is easier to deal with. - 300gsm on blocks (where the four sides are gummed so the paper doesn’t have to be stretched you simply work directly onto the pad) - 640 gsm on big loose papers so I don’t have to worry about stretching the paper.
