Have you wondered why you always tend to get sick during the colder months? In this video, we will debunk this medical myth and uncover the truth behind catching the common cold. First we will give a brief overview of the immune system, explain how one catches a cold, the virus involved and further discuss the relationship between the cold weather and the common cold.
