How to Paint Plague Monk | Skaven | Warhammer Fantasy

In today’s Warboss Taetorial, I take you step-by-step through my process of painting a Plague Monk for a Clan Skurvy army. Because of the Clan Skurvy color scheme of a generally Tausept Ochre-ish yellow, I thought this sickly green color would work best.
