This is a grrrr8 way to start a Class = Wai - Show Respect, Jump Rope 3 to 30 minutes, then Wai Khru - pray, kneel,bow 3 times, pray, stretch hips, Ram Muay - Fighter’s Dance, Left foot forward, stretch toes/feet, Muay Thai Pose, stretch long, TURN and do Right foot forward ...
