Berliners Participate in ‘Immortal Regiment’ March

Live from Berlin on Tuesday, May 9, for the ‘Immortal Regiment’ march honouring the Soviet soldiers of World War 2. The memorial procession will end at the Soviet memorial in Tiergarten, with a wreath-laying ceremony. ’Immortal Regiment’ processions take place across the world and see people carrying photographs of their relatives who served during the conflict. Victory Day 2023 marks the 78th anniversary of the Soviet defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II, or the Great Patriotic War.
