Mark Barnett - Dizzy Fingers - Banjo classic!

Mark Barnett is a banjo star of the first magnitude. His sound, ability, technique, and finesse at that instrument is superb. Being also trained and highly-skilled in the classical guitar, Mark brings musicianship to the banjo like no one else. This fine recording made in the early-to-mid-1970s well documents this musician’s skill. He is accompanied by an A-List of top Nashville studio musicians--a treat in itself, since most banjo recordings have not historically had the benefit of first-class accompaniment. Listeners are encouraged to seek out his other banjo classics and some classical guitar from this artist on this Lost Nashville channel.
