CRISPY CHICKEN BUN Recipe - Japanese Karaage Style! ๐Ÿ—

This beautiful bun is served alongside teriyaki mayo, fingerling potatoes & togarashi salt making it a real treat. If you donโ€™t have sake for the marinade here, you could use Chinese rice wine.
