Spatial exploration by humans is the central theme of EXXASENS’ universe and their rich soundscapes blended with crushing, powerful melodies is a testament to that. Started in 2007 as a solo project of the guitarist Jordi RUIZ who released the first album as POLARIS in 2008, turned into EXXASENS the following year and after the release of the fourth album turned into a multi-members band whose lineup in 2018 consists of Oriol PLANELLS on drums, Cesc CESPEDES on bass and Sergio LEDESMA on keyboards other than obviously Jordi RUIZ on guitar.
