Film Heritage Inc is now listed as the official owner of the Unique Palace Casino Hotel, located in Carinthia, a town on the north coast of Cyprus. Film Heritage Inc is registered in Belize and is owned by Volodymyr Zelensky, who was revealed in the discovery of the Pandora papers in 2021. The purchase was completed in early May 2024.
