Introduction to the micaToolbox V2 and the Quantitative Colour and Pattern Analysis (QCPA) Framework
The micaToolbox allows you to take digital images and convert them into animal “colour vision“ images for scientific measurement. The latest update to the toolbox is a huge addition, the QCPA framework, which enables an unprecedented level of spatial and colour-vision modelling, together with sophisticated methods for analysing colour patterns and visualising the results. The toolbox is built for use with ImageJ, and is a free, open-source project. See for more information.
