Kefir-pear mixture.
Ingredients:
100 g cottage cheese (4%)
150 ml kefir (1.6%)
70 g fresh pear (or banana)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
well add 15 g chopped walnuts (or almonds)
Preparation:
Finely chop the fruit.
Mix kefir and cottage cheese. Add honey.
Add as desired (lemon juice and chopped nuts).
Everything can be whipped
