DAY 1 - 25 MIN DUMBBELL GLUTE WORKOUT - Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves - Strength Training
Day 1 is a 25-minute dumbbell glute and leg workout. This is a beginner-friendly workout if you’re new to using weights. However, that doesn’t mean this workout is going to be easy. This is a follow-along workout with rest times included. Feel free to add resistance bands to increase difficulty. Please do each rep with proper form and take your time! Really use that mind-to-muscle connection.
I’m using a pair of 20lb dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbbells use 2 gallons of water and hold the handles. Each gallon weighs about 8lbs.
