Rounding Up “Outlaws“ (1932)

United States of America. Introductory intertitle reads: “These are wild horses - not wild men, the outlaws of the Californian plains... and every year thousands of them are ’rounded’ up.“ High angle shot of a large number of wild horses being rounded up by cowboys. American voiceover tells of the history of the annual wild horse drives. Various shots of the horses being driven into pens. Shots of a bucking bronco at a rodeo. “Whoa there Buster!“ exclaims the narrator. Horses are “broken in“, they are lassoed. It looks a little cruel in retrospect.
