German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is travelling to Israel on Friday in show of support

Some news just coming in that the German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock will visit Israel on Friday. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has criticised Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas over his silence after the Hamas attacks on Israel. Scholz was addressing the parliament in Berlin. He urged Abbas to condemn the actions of the armed group. The German Chancellor also reiterated all development aid for the Palestinian Territories is under review.
