Ingredients:
pork chop - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 10 g ( oz)
black pepper - 5 g ( oz)
For the filling:
melted cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
marinated mushrooms - 150 g (5.3 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
flour - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Fry on both sides for 4 min
For the sauce:
white wine - 200 ml ( fl oz)
starch - 10 g ( oz)
water - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
parsley - 10 g ( oz)
Leave over medium fire for 5 min
