Title reads: “M of I - Government Official“. Ministry of Information trailer asking people to help war effort by collecting waste paper - Paper Chase saves paper. Actor playing Adolf Hitler dressed as decorator. He makes speech to camera in comedy German. He then pastes up a sign - “New Order“ - over map of Europe. Various shots showing waste paper being collected, shredded and pulped, intercut with shots of what the paper is made into: shell cases, gear wheels, aeroplanes and cartridge wads. Man in office making big pile of waste paper, including a big book and a small bus ticket. Various shots Hitler hanging wallpaper, he slips and hangs himself (sounds gruesome - actually quite funny!)
