Grandmaster Bughouse Chess

It’s not often you get to see GM’s Magnus Carlsen and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave take on Fabiano Caruana and Levon Aronian in an impromptu game of bughouse! That’s 4 of the top 10 ranked players in the world with a combined FIDE rating of over 11,200! I’m so glad I got to be there and watch this fun game. This even happened on September 7th, 2014 following the 2014 Sinquefield Cup at the St. Louis Chess Club and Scholastic Center.
