Heritage Artisan Aged H-150 vs a Gibson Custom shop R8 1958 Les Paul VOS RI

I used the same Helix Fender deluxe patch with flat eq’s and for both guitars. The Gibson with Long neck tenon Custom Bucker pickups. The Heritage with a normal size tenon and Duncan 59’s -Note: these 59’s seem to have had some of the wax potting removed and are slightly microfonic like unpotted pickups- not sure how much that effects tone but it’s likely a result of Heritage removing the covers for the aging process. Both of these guitars sound amazing and play like butter. I really love the thicker neck on the Gibson though, but not the price tag. Note: This R8 is on loan for this test-I do not have access to it so I can’t help If you want more tone samples
