You are gods

God made man in His own image to rule with Him but because of disobedience man was cast out of the presence of God. Satan was also a son of God but He rebelled against God and He was cast out of Heaven. Jesus Christ came to restore that relationship and all those who have accepted Him become gods. They become sons of God. We read in John 1:12 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right (the power) to become children of God, even to those who believe in His Name.“ He gives them the power. If we believe in Jesus, we believe His Words and we obey Him and come into perfect obedience to God, because Jesus spoke the Words of God and even through His Spirit right now He is speaking the Word of God. If we come into perfect obedience, then be become part of the KINGDOM OF GOD, as gods, that is what God said. We read in Psalm 82 the Words of God through His prophet David. “God takes His stand in His own congregation; He judges in the midst of the rulers (the gods). How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Vindicate the weak and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and destitute. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.“ God judges amongst His own, amongst the sons of God, amongst those who have been called to His purpose, children of God. And then He goes on to say: 5“They do not know nor do they understand; They walk about in darkness; All the foundations of the earth are shaken. I said, “You are gods, and all of you are sons of the Most High. Nevertheless you will die like men and fall like any one of the princes.“ Arise, O God, judge the earth! For it is Thou who possesses (owns) all the nations.“ Dear friends, God is calling us to be princes and priests to rule in His Kingdom. Jesus said: “little flock, it pleased God to give you the Kingdom“ but dear friends, if we do not SUBMIT TO GOD and RULE as He directs us, if we DO NOT OBEY HIM and LIVE UNDER the GUIDANCE of the HOLY SPIRIT, we will DIE like men. Just like satan was cast out of the presence of God, we will also be casting to DAMNATION. We are CALLED to be PRIESTS, ministers of our God, gods, to rule in His Kingdom. But if we REJECT GOD, if we DISOBEY HIM, HE WILL NOT TOLERATE IT, we will be CAST OUT. We are called for HIS PURPOSE. Dear friend, are you as child of God living that purpose or will God also judge you and me. Are we WORTHY of our CALLING? Or will we DIE like the princess of the earth and be rejected like satan?
