Obscure cassette magazine (hence the “C-M“ moniker) released in 1984 featuring up and coming artists in the underground Tokyo #synthpop and #newwave scene, a sound the label dubbed “Post New Wave“. This series of five C-M’s were released by Cafe Office out of the Minami-Azabu district in #Tokyo.
Notable for featuring World Standard prior to their debut album, La Sellrose Can Can (featured in Soft Selection 84), and the minimal synth band Variete, alongside seemingly one-off bands (Noeticks, Best Classics, Modern Music) that I can’t find much info on.
