The music on „Evil Spirit“ turned out to be mostly pretty dark, slow and kinda brutal sounding and there’s even a coverversion of Black Sabbath’s ode to Mary Jane (Sweet Leaf), which takes the album even more into the realm of Stoner Rock and Psych - at the same time the band is sticking to their bluesy, loose and sloppy ways.
